In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will severely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted right on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

The product is fitting for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration variations can be realised.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
