CUTMETALL develops and manufactures process-optimised machine knives, spare and wear parts as well as complete machine assemblies with a long service life and high wear resistance. Our aim is to provide our customers with market advantages through quality products and practice-orientated solutions. Personal support, comprehensive advice and numerous services also serve this goal.

CUTMETALL's product portfolio includes all types of machine knives, including cutting crowns, counter knives, rotor knives, chipper knives and many other variants. There is also a wide range of sieve plates, sieve baskets, clamping bars, knife holders, drive technology, fasteners and many additional parts for shredders.

We manufacture all products according to our customers' specifications: Together, we select the appropriate steel, heat treatment and production processing. In this way, every customer receives a product that is customised to their individual requirements.

Specialist advice: We explain to our customers which knives and wear parts are ideal for which shredding applications and machine models.

Analysis: We inspect the customer's machines to determine their replacement and wear part requirements.

Problem solving: If a customer has problems with their machines, we provide them with assistance to resolve the difficulties.

Customised products: We inspect and analyse worn parts and develop replacement and wear parts optimised for our customers' needs, either on our own or in cooperation with them.
