In this option, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be severely impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

This spare part is suitable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 35mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, other configuration options can be realised.

When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
