The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard version in most application areas.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this option, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifespan.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of cutting tools of this version, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

This cutting tool is sold as a whole set, consisting of 3 parts.

The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration options are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
