This counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variant, which is the standard variation in most application areas.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the lifetime of the counter knife.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of products of this option, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

The component fits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 145mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, further configuration variations may be available.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
