The toughness of this B1-option is so high, due to the special core strength, that the counter knife of this version exactly suits applications where the input material is contaminated with impurities. However, it also wears out more quickly.

A counter knife of this variant is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the item irregular in terms of service life.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 4 parts.

This spare part fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration options may be available.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
