The B1-variant has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this option is its high toughness. Items of this design can also be used with input material that is loaded with impurities.

A counter knife of this version is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the product irregular in terms of durability.

Fastening in the machine:

This component suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 38mm. Due to the broad range of shredding machines, other configuration variations may be available.

When fitting the counter knife, please ensure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
