The toughness of this B1-option is so high, due to the special core strength, that the counter knife of this version ideally fits applications where the input material is contaminated with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more rapidly.

A counter knife of this variant is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the product unstable in terms of lifetime.

This item is sold as a whole set, consisting of 5 parts.

The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 130mm. Due to the wide range of shredder models, further configuration variations are possible.

When installing the counter knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
