The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of shredder models, other configuration variants are possible.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
