This cutting tool can be configured to the application area, depending on the different materials and varying shape.

The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard version in most break down applications.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the service life of the counter knife.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of cutting tools of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

This product is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.

The counter knife can be combined with knives and cutters with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of models, other configuration options are possible.

When attaching the counter knife, please ensure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
