This item can be customised to the application area, depending on the different materials and varying cutting geometry.

The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard option in most applications.

Here we offer you an ideal combination of insensitivity to wear and tear and toughness at the same time.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the service life of the counter knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will acutely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife will be sold as a set of 7 parts.

The product is applicable for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 80mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration variations can be realised.

When installing the counter knife, please ensure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
