The counter knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-option, which is the standard version in most application areas.

This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

In this variant, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifetime.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

This component suits knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of models, further configuration variations may be available.

It is imperative that the counter knife is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
