The toughness of this B1-variation is so high, due to the particular core strength, that the counter knife of this version exactly suits applications where the input material is loaded with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more rapidly.

In this option, the components are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the product wears out less at the beginning of its life, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
