Spare parts of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains persistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.
Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

The component is fitting for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variants can be realised.
When attaching the counter knife, please ensure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
