The W9-variation wears faster than the X-version, but also has increased toughness and is resistant to impurities. However, the hardness of the W9-variant is lower than that of the X-option.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears evenly over its lifetime.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The counter knife is mounted external on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

The cutting tool is ideal for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 110mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, further configuration options can be realised.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
