The B1-variant has a high core strength, but is also more susceptible to wear. The advantage of this variation is its high toughness. Items of this design can also be used with input material that is contaminated with impurities.

A counter knife of this option is case-hardened, with a decreasing hardness from the edge to the core. This makes the wear of the cutting tool irregular in terms of durability.

Fastening in the machine:

This spare part fits knives and cutters with a length and width of 130mm. Due to the wide range of recycling machines, other configuration variations may be available.

When attaching the counter knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
