In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears steadily over its lifetime.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of products of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

This counter knife can be used for knives and cutting crowns with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, other configuration variants are possible.
