In the X-variation, the counter knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here we offer you a perfect combination of insensitivity to wear and toughness at the same time.

In this option, the components are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the counter knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The spare part is ideal for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration variations can be realised.

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
