In this option, the items are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears homogenously over its lifespan.

We highlight that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

This product has a drilling for fastening to M30 threads.

When attaching the cutter, please assure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
