Through the use of particular materials and the variance in the shape, the spare part can be configured to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and durability.

The W9-version wears more rapidly than the X-variation, but also has increased toughness and is resistant to impurities. However, the hardness of the W9-option is lower than that of the X-variant.

Spare parts of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life cycle.

We underline that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

For installing, the knife has a drilling for M12 threads.

When attaching, please also assure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The cutting tool measures 34mm in length, 34mm in width and 23.74mm in height.
