The wear behaviour and thus also the lifetime of the product can be impacted by the material and the cutting geometry. This means that the efficiency can be well adjusted to the break down application.

This B1-variant is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this version. Nonetheless, cutters of this option wear out more quickly.

In this variation, the components are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the spare part wears out less at the beginning of its life span, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for installing to M12 threads.

When attaching the cutter, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
