Here you are offered a good compromise between resistance to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the lifetime of the cutter.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

This spare part is suitable for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 40mm. With regard to the diverse range of models, various configuration variants can be realised.

It is imperative that the cutter is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with flat supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
