Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the lifetime of the cutter.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be acutely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

To attach the cutter, the spare part to be adapted has a drilling for M12 threads.

This cutter can be used for knives and cutters with a length and width of 40mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, further configuration options are possible.

It is imperative that the cutter is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
