This B1-variant is characterized by its insensitivity to impurities and high toughness. This follows from the high core strength of this option. However, cutters of this variation wear out more rapidly.

In this version, the items are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the spare part wears out less at the beginning of its life cycle, but its efficiency drops dramatically afterwards.

Fastening in the machine:

To attach the cutter, the cutting tool to be fixed has a drilling for M12 threads.

When fitting the cutter, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
