The toughness of this B1-option is so high, due to the special core strength, that the cutter of this version exactly fits applications where the input material is contaminated with impurities. Nonetheless, it also wears out more quickly.

In this variation, the cutting tools are case-hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the spare part wears out less at the beginning of its life cycle, but its performance drops dramatically afterwards.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutting tool has a drilling for attaching to M12 threads.

When installing the cutter, please ensure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
