This cutting tool can be adapted to the break down application, depending on the particular materials and the variance in shape.

In the X-version, this cutter is made of tool steel, which is our standard variation in most break down applications. It is defined by a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Items of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally weakened. Consequently, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for attaching to M12 threads.

When installing the cutter, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an ideal contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
