This cutter is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-option, which is the standard version in most operational scenarios.

Components of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains consistent from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is important not to armour or weld on this type, as it will acutely weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The cutter has a drilling for attaching to M14 threads.

When installing the cutter, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The dimensions of the cutter are 48mm long, 48mm wide and 24.5mm high.
