Components of this version are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life span.

However, this version must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the products. Consequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

The item has a drilling for attaching to M16 threads.

This cutter can be used for knives and cutters with a length and width of 60mm. Due to the broad range of recycling machines, other configuration variants are possible.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the cutters is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
