Detailed description

Cutter HMUT0070-X00 from CUTMETALL for crushing machines from Untha

Compatibility with machines:

This spare part is ideally applicable for crushers, shredders, pre-shredders, and post-shredders from Untha.

Cutting performance and durability:

The product can be adapted to the application area, depending on the particular materials and varying cutting geometry.

This X-version cutter is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variation in most application scenarios. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Components of this variant are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

We underline that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the cutter, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

General characteristics:

This cutter is 70mm long, 40mm wide and 20mm high.

All our Premium Line cutting tools are produced only in Germany.
