In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the cutter wears consistently over its lifespan.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of components of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be severely impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

To allow the cutter to be attached, it has a drilling for M12 threads.

When attaching, please also ensure that the support of the cutters is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
