GROSS Apparatebau GmbH, based in Ilsfeld, Germany, develops, designs and manufactures shredding and briquetting plants. The company's machine programme covers the entire spectrum of shredding machines from single-shaft shredders to briquetting presses. As a result, GROSS offers the optimally suitable solution for a wide variety of applications.
From the first to the last production step, the machines are made in-house by the manufacturer. This results in high quality standards and maximum safety. The product range

Shredding long and bulky wood waste with ease

The four-shaft shredders of the GZ series are ideal for shredding and processing very long and bulky wood waste, such as waste wood, long boards, pallets and packaging, as well as cardboard boxes of all kinds. The four-shaft shredders are mainly used in the wood-processing industry.

The GHZ, GHZ T, GHZ L and GHZ B series - Ideal for long residual woods

The shredders of the GHZ and GHZ-T series are used especially for shredding long residual wood. They can process all types of wood materials into chips. GROSS offers them in the versions GHZ 3, 4 and 6 or T 6, T 8, T 10 and T 13.
The shredders of the GHZ-L and GHZ-B series are used for the disposal of long wood waste directly next to the processing machine. The machines are available in the versions L 4, L6, L8 and L 10 or B 4 and B 6.

Secondary shredder / granulator GNZ

The GNZ secondary shredders / granulators function according to the granulator principle and are designed for two-stage processing in conjunction with GAZ machines. Throughput rates of approx. 100 - 2,500 kg/h, granulation of the material to grain sizes 4 - 10 mm. The machines are offered in seven variants: GNZ 200/600, GNZ 200/800, GNZ 310/600, GNZ 310/800, GNZ 310/1000, GNZ 310/1200 and GNZ 310/1500.
