The knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variant, which is the standard variation in most application areas.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

In this version, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the knife wears evenly over its lifetime.

We highlight that this option should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative effect on the material structure of the knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.
