This X-version knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard option in most application areas. Therefore, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between insensitivity to wear and toughness simultaneously.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a persistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures consistent wear over the service life of the knife.

However, this variant must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the cutting tools. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

This product has a drilling for attaching to M12 threads.

It is imperative that the knife is only affixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with ideal supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
