This X-version knife is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variation in most application scenarios. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear resistance in a balanced ratio.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures homogenous wear over the tool life of the knife.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the spare parts. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

This knife is 67mm long, 63.5mm wide and 20mm high.
