Detailed description

Knife HMZN0070-XK0 by CUTMETALL for shredding machines by Zeno Zerkleinerungsmaschinen.

Compatibility with machines:

For crushers, shredders, pre-shredders and post-shredders by the producer Zeno Zerkleinerungsmaschinen the knife is excellently applicable.

Cutting performance and durability:

This cutting tool can be adapted to the application area, depending on the various materials and the variance in cutting geometry.

In the X-version, the knife is made of tool steel, which is our standard variant in most break down applications. It is characterised by a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the knife wears steadily over its lifespan.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will seriously weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

The knife has a drilling for installing to M20 threads.

When fitting the knife, please assure that it is only fixed to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.

General characteristics:

The knife is 70mm long, 70mm wide and 35mm high.

As this knife belongs to the Premium Line, the item is exclusively made in German production.
