In this variant, the products are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears evenly over its lifespan.

We underline that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the rotor knife, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

When installing the rotor knife, please assure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
