Knives made in this Y-version will extend the longevity of your product. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to fracture.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a uniform hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures persistent wear over the service life of the rotor knife.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will fundamentally weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the rotor knife, please ensure that it is only fitted to knife holders or knife crossbars with an undamaged contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

The spare part measures 500mm in length, 79.5mm in width and 22mm in height.

This favourable option in comparison to our Premium Line is part of the Eco Line.
