This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

Products of this variation are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is even in relation to its life cycle.

Hardfacing or welding on this version should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be seriously weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in a flat condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
