In this variant, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of items of this variation, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

When installing, please also assure that the support of the knives is in an intact condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.
