Cutting performance and durability:

The efficiency of the product depends largely on the variant of the material and shape.

Knives made in this Y-version will increase the tool life of your spare part. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to fracture.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears evenly over its lifetime.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively influences the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.

Fastening in the machine:

The rotor knife is mounted centered on the cutting device. The other parts of the set can be found under the accessories.

The item is applicable for knives and also cutting crowns with the length and width of 60mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration options can be realised.

When installing the rotor knife, please assure that it is only attached to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface, as otherwise breakage may occur.
