This rotor knife is made of tool steel and is thus assigned to our X-variation, which is the standard variant in most break down applications.

In this version, the spare parts are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears evenly over its lifetime.

However, this option must not be armoured or welded on, as it negatively impacts the structure of the products. Subsequently, fractures and machine damage are possible.
