Knives made in this Y-version will extend the durability of your component. Due to the hardness the susceptibility to impurities is higher, which makes it easier to break.

Items of this option are hardened throughout, which means that this hardness remains the same from the edge to the core. Due to that the wear is homogenous in relation to its tool life.

It is imperative to avoid the welding on or hardfacing of spare parts of this variant, as the structure will otherwise be fundamentally impaired. Therefore, breakage and machine damage may occur.

Fastening in the machine:

The rotor knife is mounted right on the cutting device. The other parts of this set can be found under the accessories.

When installing, please also ensure that the support of the knives is in an undamaged condition, as otherwise breakage may occur.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 60°/70°.
