Detailed description

Rotor knife RMPV0500-X01 from CUTMETALL for recycling machines from Previero

Compatibility with machines:

This rotor knife is ideally fitting for cutting millses from Previero.

Cutting performance and durability:

Through the use of particular materials and the variance in the cutting geometry, the spare part can be configured to the operational scenario in terms of throughput and service life.

The X-variation of this component is made of tool steel. The cutting tool has a medium hardness and lays between the W- and Y-options.

Here you are offered a balanced relationship between resistance to wear and toughness simultaneously.

In this version, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the rotor knife wears homogenously over its lifespan.

To avoid breakage and machine damage, it is crucial not to armour or weld on this type, as it will significantly weaken the structure.

Fastening in the machine:

When attaching the rotor knife, please assure that it is only applied to knife holders or knife crossbars with an intact contact surface in order to prevent breakage.

General characteristics:

The measures of the item are 500mm in length, 98mm in width and 24mm in height.

The inclination of the cutting edge is 42°.

As part of the Premium Line, this rotor knife is manufactured in Germany.
