This X-variant scraper is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard version in most areas of application. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

Here you are offered a good compromise between insensitivity to wear and toughness.

Due to the through-hardening process, there is a consistent hardness from the edge layer to the core. This ensures uniform wear over the lifetime of the scraper.

Hardfacing or welding on this option should be avoided, as the structure will otherwise be severely weakened. This can lead to breakages and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

This scraper is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.

The scraper can be used for knives and cutters with a length and width of 80mm. Due to the wide range of shredder models, further configuration options are possible.

When attaching the scraper, please ensure that it is only adapted to knife holders or knife crossbars with a flat contact surface in order to prevent breakage.
