This X-variation scraper is made of tool steel and corresponds to the standard variant in most applications. Consequently, it has a medium hardness.

This combines both toughness and wear insensitivity in a balanced ratio.

In this option, the cutting tools are hardened from the edge layer to the core. This means that the scraper wears steadily over its lifespan.

We emphasise that this variation should not be armoured or welded on. This has a negative impact on the material structure of the scraper, which can subsequently lead to breakage and machine damage.

Fastening in the machine:

This scraper is sold as a whole set, consisting of 6 parts.

The product is fitting for knives and also cutters with the length and width of 80mm. With regard to the various range of models, other configuration options can be realised.

It is imperative that the scraper is only installed to knife holders or knife crossbars with intact supports, as otherwise the attachment may cause breakage.
