Performance and screening behaviour:

Both the geometry and the material used for constructing have a decisive influence on the resistance and lifetime of the screen basket.

This A-option is an excellent choice in terms of longevity. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its additional hardness and abrasion insensitivity. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

To enable the screen basket to screen the input properly, this screen basket has round cutouts. Furthermore, the diameter of each hole is 10mm and the margin widths between the holes are 5mm each.

General Characteristics:

The product shown has a width of 1164mm and can thus be suitably installed in the shredding machine. A sheet thickness of 10mm guarantees, that the screen basket meets the application requirements.
