The performance of the screen basket depends primarily on both the version and the geometry.

This A-variant is an ideal choice in terms of durability. It can be exposed to high wear conditions due to its extra hardness and abrasion resistance. It is made out of insensitive Hardox steel.

This screen basket processes the input material with round perforations. Distributed over the surface, these consistently measure a diameter of 10mm each. The spaces between the holes have a width of 4mm.

General Characteristics:

In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 6mm and a width of exactly 1175mm.
