In terms of throughput and durability, the efficiency of the screen basket can be configured by influencing it with different materials and a variance in shape.

This resistant steel of the A-variant guarantees a long service life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the extra hardness, it is ideal for using it in demanding applications.

For reliable screening of the input material, the perforations of the screen basket are round and have a diameter of 30mm each. The width of the spaces between them is 10mm each.

In order to tolerate the above-mentioned application requirements, the screen basket was produced with a sheet thickness of 12mm and a width of exactly 1228mm.
