Both the geometry and the material used have a significant effect on the insensitivity and tool life of the screen basket.

This insensitive steel of the A-variation guarantees a long service life. As it is less sensitive to wear due to the additional hardness, it is optimal for using it in demanding applications.

To enable the screen basket to screen the input properly, this screen basket has round perforations. Additionally, the diameter of each hole is 35mm and the spaces between the cutouts are 10mm each.

In order to withstand the above-mentioned application conditions, the screen basket was manufactured with a sheet thickness of 15mm and a width of exactly 1650mm.
