The performance of the screen basket depends primarily on both the material variation and the geometry.

This insensitive steel of the A-variant guarantees a long service life. As it is less sensible to wear due to the extra hardness, it is ideal for use in demanding application areas.

To screen the input reliably, the surface of this screen basket has honeycombed holes. These have a width across flats of over 45mm. The space between the individual perforations is 9mm.

 

General Characteristics:
